In stock bonnets ship within 3-7 business days. Once your bonnet design has been completed we will email you a tracking number with the shipping details.
USPS will sometimes mark packages as delivered prior to delivering due to personnel shortages. Please allow 2 business days for it to be delivered as they typically show up then. If not, please contact us at hello@byjourni.com.
Due to personalization on products, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us at hello@byjourni.com if you have any issues with your order.
